Well after being away from my blog for 3 months I am back!! I thought planning a wedding was busy…student teaching was crazy!! I feel all my free time was spent writing lessons, grading papers, etc. BUT I finally finished student teaching, finished my portfolio and will graduate on Sunday! I can’t wait! As much as I have enjoyed being a student for 19 years of my life, I am ready/excited to work! And get a paycheck! :)

Soo my life has changed completely since my last post..I’m married!!! I had the most amazing day of my life followed by the most amazing honeymoon!

Needless to say, reality really hit me hard yesterday! We got back from Jamaica on Sunday night late and now I am busy moving, running errands, and trying to get my life in order before another big step in my life: student teaching. Ahhh! I have been so spoiled being able to be a student for so long that now I am so overwhelmed to think I start working 40 hours a week (without pay- I might add). I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal- grow up right? Just another big change in my crazy life right now!

So over the last month- I think I have bought somewhere between 10-15 dresses for the rehearsal dinner! I have sent all but 3 back! I am now less than 2 weeks away from the dinner and still cannot make a decision! The three dresses I have are all VERY different and I like different things about each one:

So here is one of the dresses, it is very party-ish! It kind of flairs out at the bottom (especially from the back). If I was 5’10 and weighed 100 pounds, I wouldn’t care that the dress flaired out but because I am not. I am unsure I wanna wear this one! 

I THINK this is one of the three I still have. As I said, it is very different from the first dress, but I like that! It’s a little edgier? I also bought some very awesome black and nude heels to wear with this dress. I am not sure if this is fun enough? It kind of looks like I could wear this dress anytime?

The last dress I can’t find- but it’s 3/4 sleeve all sequence black short shift dress. It’s also very cute, but I just didn’t know if it was fun enough? Ugh! I have 2 weeks to make the decision..

I win the award for THEE worst blogger ever! I have been so overwhelmed with wedding and school that I have not taken the time to blog. Well the last 20 days have gone by SOOO fast and the wedding is RAPIDLY approaching!! So now I am getting even more excited for the wedding because a) I am marrying my best friend and b) I don’t have to worry about planning a wedding anymore! AHH! :) 

I have done so much wedding stuff since I last blogged but this week….

1. Trial Hair Appointment 
2. Trial Make-up Appointment
3. Meeting with the wedding planner
4. Ordering the menus/programs/name cards
5. and lastly…HOPEFULLY getting lots of RSVPs! :)

So I have been so busy lately my tumblr time has been non-existent. Wedding planning has been going good for the most part- sometimes I think I should have just eloped- but I know I will be happy when the actual day is here! :)  I am going to be better this week.. I hope. 

Anyway, I am teaching JA this week and my first few days have been ROUGH. I have never worked with any of these students, so it is hard to know their behavior and get their attention. I have my last lesson of the week today and hopefully that will go better than Monday or Tuesday. Oh yeah.. Did I mention that I am teaching 1st graders? Maybe that’s why it is hard to keep there attention for 30 minutes. I am going to reevaluate my lesson today and hopefully it will be better! Fingers Crossed.
